Remote support

Most questions are solved remotely. Our team guides the setup and configuration of the devices and the INpulse One platform from a distance, helping connect the device to the software, adjust leads and capture settings, and understand the exam flow up to INcloud. Schedule a session through the channels above, letting us know your best time window.

Apps and downloads

The app that runs the INcardio Agile is available on Google Play, for use on compatible Android devices. The INpulse One platform runs on Windows, macOS, Linux and Android (and on iPhone and iPad, over Wi-Fi, with the Wi-Fi devices), connected to the devices to capture the exam and generate the report. If you are unsure which app or version to use with your device, contact support and we will point you to the correct installation.
